Ingredients


500g lamb, veal, or beef

2 onions (medium) chopped

2 cloves of garlic

1/2 cd of salt

1/2 ginger poop

1/2 scoop of turmeric

3/4 poop of pepper

Saffron pistols

1 cinnamon stick or cinnamon powder olive oil

Cilantro and parsley



Preparation


In a bowl mix crushed garlic, ginger, turmeric, saffron, salt, and pepper with a little water and marinate meat in the mixture (30 minutes or more)
In a tajine or pot return the onion and meat in a net of olive oil.
Then add the rest of the marinade, parsley, and stringed cilantro.
Cover with water and let cook 1:30-2.
In a pan put the prunes already rinsed, sugar, and cinnamon with 1/2 glass of water let caramelize on low heat
Do the same thing with apricots.
Decorate with prunes, apricots, and roasted almonds.
