Ingredients


Roast beef or veal

4 to 5 potatoes

5 mushrooms

Salt and pepper...

Fresh thyme

Butter

olive oil


Preparation


Melt the butter in a skillet and turn the roast over until it gets a nice color.
Chopping potatoes and mushrooms
In an oven, dish put the potatoes and mushrooms, add the roast, thyme, salt and pepper, and a nettle of olive oil.
Add 1/2 cup of water, Cover and let cook for 1 hour.
