Ingredients
500 grams of chicken wings
3 tablespoons of flour
1 c.a.c of salt
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 c.a.c garlic powder
1 c.a.c. onion powderPepper
olive oil
For the Buffalo Sauce
80 grams of Butter
5 tablespoons of ketchup
5 tablespoons of hot sauce (red hot)
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 c.a.c garlic powder
Preparation
Cut the chicken wings in 2 at the joint level, and dry them well with a wipe.
In a bowl mix the chicken wings with flour, olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic, and onion powder.
Cook the chicken wings in the air fryer or oven (flip them halfway through) until really crispy.
For the Buffalo Sauce:
In a pan melt butter, add ketchup, hot sauce, garlic, and paprika, and stir for a few minutes.
Pour sauce over the chicken wings and mix to coat well.
For the white sauce:
Mix 3 tbsp mayonnaise with 3 tbsp heavy cream, add a little chopped chives, a few drops of lemon juice, salt, and pepper
