Ingredients


200g pieces of fish or chicken

200 grams of shrimp

1 handful of dehydrated black mushrooms

1 small packet of Chinese vermicelli

2 grated carrots

1 onion, finely chopped

A piece of leek cut up

1 teaspoon of powdered ginger

2 bay leaves

3 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate

Salt and pepper

Finely chopped coriander

Water


Preparation


In a pot, saute the onion and chicken pieces in the butter, and then add the carrot and leek, spices, and ginger. Add water (I put boiling water on the shrimp heads and shells, that's the water I used) and let it cook.
Soak the vermicelli in hot water for 5 min and drain, the same for black mushrooms
Add shrimp, chopped vermicelli, mushrooms, parsley, soy sauce and tomato concentrate add hot water if necessary
Salt, pepper if necessary, and simmer
And the soup is ready.
Accompany it with lemon juice.
