Ingredients (for about 10 pieces)

- 8 servings of Kiri⁠

- 1 egg⁠

- 3 tbsp. breadcrumbs⁠

- 2 cases. flour⁠

- Frying oil⁠

- Salt⁠

- Pepper⁠

Preparation⁠

Put the portions of Kiri in a bowl and mash them with a fork.⁠

Roll them to form balls and place them for 2 hours in the freezer.⁠

On a plate, beat the egg. Salt, pepper.⁠

On another plate, mix the flour and the breadcrumbs.

Roll the cheese balls in the egg.⁠

Then roll them in the flour/breadcrumb mixture.⁠

In a skillet, heat the oil.

Add the croquettes and let them brown. ⁠

Drain on a paper towel before serving.⁠

Enjoy the hot croquettes.
