Ingredients (for about 10 pieces)
- 8 servings of Kiri
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. breadcrumbs
- 2 cases. flour
- Frying oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation
Put the portions of Kiri in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
Roll them to form balls and place them for 2 hours in the freezer.
On a plate, beat the egg. Salt, pepper.
On another plate, mix the flour and the breadcrumbs.
Roll the cheese balls in the egg.
Then roll them in the flour/breadcrumb mixture.
In a skillet, heat the oil.
Add the croquettes and let them brown.
Drain on a paper towel before serving.
Enjoy the hot croquettes.
