Ingredients
Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 300 g of wheat
- 200 g button mushrooms
- 80 g grated parmesan
- 25g butter
- 50 cl of vegetable broth
- 15 cl of dry white wine
- 1 chopped onion
- Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Cut the mushrooms into large slices.
Brown the chopped onion in a large pan with the butter.
When the onion is translucent, add the wheat, and cook it for a few seconds while stirring, then deglaze it with the white wine.
Stir again.
Once the white wine has almost evaporated, add a ladle of vegetable broth while stirring so the wheat doesn't cling to the bottom of the pan. Salt and pepper.
Add the mushrooms.
Add the broth, ladle by ladle, until the wheat has finished cooking (about 15 minutes).
At the end of cooking, add the grated parmesan.
Cover, and let stand 10 minutes before serving.
