Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 12 frozen raw shrimp
- 1 nest of vermicelli
- 2 limes
- 1 lemongrass stick
- 1 tbsp. red curry paste
- 1 tbsp. of oil
- 80 cl of vegetable broth
- 25 cl of coconut milk
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro
- Salt
Preparation
Thaw shrimp according to package directions.
Shell the prawns leaving only the tail.
In a casserole dish, pour the vegetable broth, coconut milk, lime juice, lemongrass, curry paste, prawns, and salt and mix.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add the nest of rice vermicelli and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
Remove the lemongrass stick and serve hot with chopped fresh cilantro and a few slices of lime.
