2. Add the spices and onions: Add the Moroccan spices and chopped onions and stir them with the meat until the onions become translucent and cooked.


3. Vegetables and water: Add the chopped vegetables to the tagine and mix them with the meat and spices. Then add water and rose water and let the mixture boil.


4. Slow cooking: Lower the temperature and leave the tagine to simmer for approximately one and a half to two hours, until the meat is tender, the vegetables are tender, and the flavors are combined.


5. Serving the tagine: Serve the tagine in the same bowl at the table and serve it with soft Moroccan bread and olives. You can also garnish it with chopped coriander and parsley.
