Ingredients
1 slice of salmon
Roquefort sauce sweet
1 shallot
Salt and pepper...
Parsley
Spaghetti
Preparation
Cut the salmon into cubes, saute them in a skillet with some butter, salt, and pepper, and reserve.
In the same skillet, return the shallot, add the Roquefort sauce and parsley, mix, then add the previously cooked spaghetti (you can add some cooking water to the sauce)
Serve with salmon dice.
