Ingredients
1 chicken
60g of butter
2 cloves of garlic
2 tsp Herbes de Provence
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper
1 case of mustard
Potatoes
Salt and pepper
1 tsp Herbes de provence
1 tsp Paprika
A fillet of olive oil
Preparation
In a bowl mix the butter, garlic,, and spices as well as mustard.
Brush the chicken with the marinade by introducing it under the skin.
Cut the potatoes into slices, season with salt and pepper, add the herb de Provence and the paprika, mix and place in a baking dish.
Place the chicken on the potatoes then tie the thighs so that the chicken keeps a nice shape.
Add a glass of water.
Cover and cook for 1h15 to 1h30 at 180°
After cooking for 40 minutes, uncover the dish and continue cooking.
