Ingredients

4 eggs

200 grams of sugar

250 ml oil

250 ml milk

375 grams of flour

1 bag of vanilla sugar

2 bags of chemical yeast

A pinch of salt

The zest of an orange



Preparation


Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until double in volume. 

Add milk and oil, beat, then add flour, sifted yeast, and a pinch of salt. 

Once the flour is incorporated, add the orange zest.

Beat into a buttery and flour mold.

Bake for 40 mins in a 180° preheated oven.
