Ingredients

Ingredients (for 4 people)

- 12 frozen raw shrimp⁠

- 1 nest of vermicelli⁠

- 2 limes⁠

- 1 lemongrass stick⁠

- 1 tbsp. red curry paste⁠

- 1 tbsp. of oil⁠

- 80 cl of vegetable broth⁠

- 25 cl of coconut milk⁠

- 1/2 bunch of cilantro⁠

- Salt⁠

Preparation


Thaw shrimp according to package directions.⁠

Shell the prawns leaving only the tail.⁠

In a casserole dish, pour the vegetable broth, coconut milk, lime juice, lemongrass, curry paste, prawns, and salt and mix.⁠

Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.⁠

Add the nest of rice vermicelli and continue cooking for 5 minutes.⁠

Remove the lemongrass stick and serve hot with chopped fresh cilantro and a few slices of lime.⁠
